FBYM is dedicated to supporting young musicians from Bedfordshire and the surrounding areas. As with any organisation, it faces a variety of risks, from financial uncertainties to safeguarding concerns. To effectively govern against these risks, FBYM has implemented a suite of policies aimed at ensuring the safety, well-being, and success of its beneficiaries and staff.
One of the cornerstone policies is the Safeguarding Policy. This policy outlines the organisation’s commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for the young musicians it supports, free from any form of abuse or harm.
